Privacy Policy
BCDE Logistics, LLC (“BCDE Logistics,” “BCDE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, request information or a quote, communicate with us, or use our logistics and transportation services.
BCDE Logistics currently offers Medical Logistics, Pharmacy Delivery, Courier Services, Cold Chain Solutions, Elite Black Car, and Moving Services. Our privacy practices may vary depending on the service you request and the information necessary to provide that service.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with BCDE Logistics, we may collect:
- Contact and business information, such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, and business or delivery address.
- Service and transaction information, such as pickup and delivery locations, shipment details, requested services, scheduling information, billing information, and communications concerning an order or service.
- Payment and billing information, when needed to process a transaction. Payment card information may be processed directly by third-party payment processors rather than stored by BCDE Logistics.
- Medical or sensitive information when necessary for a Medical Logistics or related service. BCDE Logistics will seek to limit collection and access to information needed to perform the requested service.
- Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages visited, referring pages, and similar technical information.
- Information submitted through website forms, email, telephone calls, quote requests, customer service communications, or other interactions with us.
- Information received from clients, healthcare organizations, pharmacies, business partners, service providers, or other parties when necessary to provide or coordinate services.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide, schedule, coordinate, and complete logistics, delivery, transportation, moving, and related services.
- Respond to inquiries, quote requests, service requests, and customer-support communications.
- Process billing and payments and maintain business records.
- Communicate about deliveries, appointments, service status, invoices, account matters, and other operational needs.
- Maintain the security and functionality of our website, systems, vehicles, and business operations.
- Improve our services, website, customer experience, and operational processes.
- Prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unauthorized activity.
- Comply with applicable contractual, legal, regulatory, and governmental requirements.
- Send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law and, when required, with your consent. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
3. Medical Information and HIPAA
BCDE Logistics may handle health-related information in connection with Medical Logistics, Pharmacy Delivery, Cold Chain Solutions, or other services involving healthcare clients. Whether HIPAA applies depends on the nature of the information and BCDE Logistics’ role in a particular transaction.
When BCDE Logistics acts as a HIPAA business associate or otherwise has HIPAA obligations, we will handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with applicable HIPAA requirements and the applicable client agreement or Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We will use and disclose PHI only as permitted or required by the applicable agreement and law, and we will implement appropriate safeguards for PHI.
Not every shipment or delivery handled by BCDE Logistics contains PHI, and a courier or delivery provider may qualify for HIPAA’s conduit treatment in circumstances recognized by federal law. The specific contractual and regulatory requirements applicable to a service will depend on the facts of the relationship.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide requested services, or comply with law, including:
- Service providers, subcontractors, drivers, carriers, technology providers, or other partners that need the information to perform services on our behalf or to complete a requested transaction.
- Payment processors and financial service providers for billing and payment processing.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or similar providers where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes and permitted by law.
- Government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required or permitted by applicable law.
- A purchaser, successor, or other party involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.
- Other parties with your direction, authorization, or consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and complying with legal, regulatory, contractual, insurance, or accounting requirements. Retention periods may vary by information type and service.
Where HIPAA applies, PHI will be retained, returned, or destroyed as required by applicable law and the applicable agreement or BAA.
6. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information we handle. These measures may include access controls, workforce confidentiality obligations, secure handling procedures, security monitoring, training, and safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, or similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve performance, and support security. The specific technologies used may change as our website and service providers change.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings or other available website controls. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
8. Third-Party Service Providers and Links
Our website and business operations may use third-party providers for functions such as website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, analytics, communications, scheduling, payment processing, or other business services. Where applicable, those providers may process information on our behalf subject to their own terms and privacy practices and any contractual obligations applicable to BCDE Logistics.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites. BCDE Logistics is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing personal information.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, the nature of your relationship with BCDE Logistics, and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, contractual, security, and other permitted exceptions.
- Opt out of certain marketing communications.
- Opt out of certain data processing activities where an applicable privacy law provides such a right.

To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact us using the information in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request when permitted or required by law. If a privacy law provides an appeal or other process, we will follow the requirements applicable to the request.
10. New Jersey Privacy
BCDE Logistics is based in New Jersey. Certain New Jersey privacy laws may apply to BCDE Logistics depending on the nature and volume of personal data processed and the context in which information is collected. Where an applicable New Jersey privacy law grants rights to a consumer, BCDE Logistics will provide the rights and choices required by that law.
Some privacy laws, including the New Jersey Data Privacy Law, contain exemptions and thresholds, including exceptions for certain business-to-business and employment-related contexts and for certain health information protected under HIPAA. Accordingly, not every person or transaction will necessarily be covered by every privacy right.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended primarily for businesses, organizations, and adults and are not directed to children under 13.
